This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs). Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000.00 inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.

The New York City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) seeks a qualified responsible vendor to provide Environmental Assessment Services (EAS) for sites identified to host future programs. These programs include but are not limited to Secure Detention (SD), Close to Home (CTH), Limited Security Placement (LSP) and Non-Secured Placement (NSD). ACS is seeking a vendor to provide services to assist in fulfilling its obligations pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA) prior to opening new sites. The potential sites will be located in New York City or its immediate vicinity.
As of August 2, 2021, all new hires must be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, unless they have been granted a reasonable accommodation for religion or disability. If you are offered city employment, this requirement must be met by your date of hire, unless a reasonable accommodation for exemption is received and approved by the hiring agency.
