The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit a bid for well drilling services from a licensed well driller in the State of Connecticut for the addition of two drilled wells to replace the existing Transient Non-Community Public Water System serving the subject location. The contractor shall possess no less than 10 years of experience and be regularly engaged in the design, construction and installation of water supply wells and water systems in the northeastern United States.
