Description
Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking a Contractor to provide services for data processing, variable printing, static printing, mail matching, inserting, and the supply of envelopes for the distribution of various Pension Communication Products, including weekly Direct Deposit Statements, Statements of Remuneration, and members’ annual pension benefit statements. The contract will commence upon award with an initial two-year term. The Contractor will provide Canada with an irrevocable option to extend the contract for up to three (3) additional one-year periods under the same conditions. This procurement is limited to Canadian goods and services, with Canadian content applying. This requirement pertains to printing and publishing services, which include the distribution of printed materials as part of the overall contract. The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) applies to this procurement. This procurement is exempt from the following international trade agreements: Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) CETA (Annex 19, Section 19-5) Canada-UK (aligned with CETA) Canada-Korea (Annex 14-C) Canada-Ukraine (Annex 10-4) Bilateral agreements excluding GSINs starting with “T” (e.g., T014 for printing services): Canada-Chile Canada-Colombia Canada-Honduras Canada-Panama Canada-Peru WTO-AGP does not apply, as printing services are excluded from Canada’s list of covered services. Continuous support will be provided to ensure all requirements are met in accordance with applicable Canadian policies.
