Project Description: Hillsborough County Solid Waste Management Department is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified Contractors for the development (i.e., finance, own, permit, design, build, operate) of a Landfill Gas (LFG) to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) project for the Southeast County Landfill (Landfill). The Landfill, located at 15960 County Road (CR) 672 Lithia, Florida, is a solid waste facility permitted under the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) solid waste operations Permit No. 35435-032-SO-01. The term of the Agreement is anticipated to be twenty years.
