Web Software and Intranet Hosting Services

Project Description: Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a noncompetitive procurement to CivicPlus, LLC, (CivicPlus), for a one (1) year period at a total cost of $18,302.32, for the continuation of web software and intranet hosting services. The contract is subject to renew annually unless terminated with 60 days written notice and subject to annual price increases of 5%. Since 2017, the existing hosting services provided by CivicPlus have allowed the County to access and utilize an internal applications network (COIN), which provides County employees and departments with a platform for internal communications. This procurement will ensure the continued functionality of COIN. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-208(10) of the County’s Procurement Policy as it is for the renewal of an existing software license. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
Contractors who believe that they can provide goods and/or services that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached quote must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge to the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project and must be directed to the primary contact listed above using the “Submission” section in Bonfire for this particular procurement. After this date, an award will be made. The County will review properly submitted challenges (responses) to determine whether bona fide competition exists.
