This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 1220-2024-3461 - James WWTP - TF #2 Cell #5 and #6 – Engineering Services, as further described in the RFP. The City requires an engineering consultant to provide engineering and contract administration for the replacement of media in cells #5 and #6 of Trickling Filter #2.
