The purpose of this Request for Proposal issued by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors for the purchase, planting, and maintenance of trees installed on the Cityâs Saufley Farm, located at 3748 Port Republic Road, Rockingham, VA 22801. The Offeror will be required to purchase trees as outlined in the attached technical specifications. The trees will be planted over a three year period, and in locations as outlined on the attached site map. Following each planting period, the Offeror will be required to perform three years of maintenance that shall include vegetative control, replacements, and other associated repairs, as outlined in the attached technical specifications.
