RSD 13 Board is seeking a qualified firm to provide Project Management/Owner’s Representative Services (OPM) for the planning and construction of the renovations and addition to the Memorial School (the “Project”) that will meet the requirements of the Facilities Study and Educational Specifications which can be accessed with the following link: https://www.rsd13ct.org/Our-District/Central-Services/Business-Office/index.html Subject to the prior authorization to proceed, the OPM will assist RSD 13 Board during the design, bid, construction and close-out phases of the Project. The OPM will also assist RSD 13 Board in analyzing alternatives and in seeking the best-value options for the Project.
