Network Equipment - Districtwide Routers & Switches

The Clear Creek Independent School District (CCISD) is accepting proposals for 2025.507 Network Equipment - Districtwide Routers & Switches.  The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek a solution that is recognized by the Gartner "Magic Quadrant (GMQ)," and it is desirable that it is included in the most recent Router & Switch GMQ. Your proposal response must address any negative comments noted by Gartner.  Any reviews of your solution by Gartner will need to be included in your response.  Please upload this information in the "Response Attachments" tab titled "Gartner Magic Quadrant Explanation."  The current core and campus routing infrastructure is approximately five (5) years old and reaching the end of support.

The District is utilizing this RFP method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031.

This RFP will also comply with the Universal Service Administration Company's (USAC) eRate program requirements.  Under the auspices of USAC, all program participants must carry out a competitive bidding process to select the most cost-effective companies to provide the goods and/or services requested.

This RFP is due on January 6, 2025, by 2:00 PM. Late responses will not be considered.

Questions must be received by no later than Thursday, December 5, 2024, by 10:00 am. All questions will be answered by Addendum and posted in Ionwave. Questions received after the deadline, will not be answered.

To be considered a responsive offer, Vendors must REGISTER and RESPOND in Ionwave. No mail-in proposals will be considered.
