ODM is looking for a certified CPR/First Aid trainer to train and certify our staff in CPR and Adult First Aid.

Training will be as follows:

Location: 50 W Town St
Columbus, OH 43215

Date and Time: To be determined after award, on a mutually agreed upon date and time
Number of participants: 25

CPR Certification shall be good for two (2) years. Trainer shall provide disposable CPR barriers for training.
First Aid Certification shall be for Adult First Aid and good for two (2) years. Trainer shall provide all necessary supplies for first aid training.

Services will be subject to the ODM model contract found under the documents section of this Quick Quote.

Bids should be submitted in the format prescribed by Ohio Buys. In addition, bidders must include a PDF copy of their bid on company letterhead , and should include the vendor e-mail and a contact number. All bids shall be good for a minimum of 90 days from the ODM solicitation closing date to be considered.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. QUOTES NOT INCLUDING A PDF COPY WILL BE DETERMINED NON-RESPONSIVE.

ODM reserves the right to make no award under this solicitation. ODM reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, received in response to this RFQ.  ODM may cancel or reissue this RFQ for any reason.
