The City of Norwalk (The City) is soliciting proposals (Request for Proposal/RFP’s) from qualified Architectural / Engineering Firms to prepare plans, specifications and provide construction administration services for the removal of underground oil tank at Columbus School 46 Concord Street Norwalk, CT 06854.
