Panjiva Platform - Xpressfeed // P/N: MI.MKT_DATA_TRADE_DATA.S_4 FOR A QUANTITY OF 5The Government intends to negotiate solely with S and P Global under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government?s requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
