The Town of Madison/Madison Public Schools (“MPS”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced building commissioning firms (“CxA”) to provide construction phase and post-construction phase commissioning services for mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and (limited) plumbing systems associated with the Polson Middle School HVAC Modernization, Electrical Power Upgrades, and Auditorium Renovation Project.
