Synopsis:
|
|
The project is expected to be multi-phase over the span of the next five (5) years. To start, it is expected that the successful proponent devises an appropriate public engagement plan in collaboration with PCC that can be applied to revitalize existing washrooms, if not including the new washrooms. The public engagement plan is expected to utilize the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) approach. Subsequently, schematic designs for said washrooms should be developed and revised as per the public’s feedback, incorporate current standards and guidelines, and the design team’s expertise up to completion of detailed design. Public engagement and schematic design for all washrooms and detailed design of Washroom #8 is desired to be completed no later than March 31, 2025.
