The Connecticut State Police seeks qualified vendors to supply, install, and configure a cellular video transmission system capable of securely streaming high-definition video from an aircraft to agency operations centers over bonded cellular networks. The project includes all required hardware, antennas, streaming services, extended warranties, installation, full ATAK integration, and training.
