The project scope includes the removal and replacement of the existing slate roof at McElwain Hall with a new slate roof. The project also includes installing new built-in gutter materials integrated with the roof system. Snow guards shall be furnished and installed as part of the new slate roof to prevent sliding snow and ice.
Bids will be received electronically only through the Trimble Unity Construct Bid Portal. Bids will not be accepted in any other format.
