The City of Virginia Beach is accepting sealed bids from qualified individuals and/or organizations that can provide the removal and replacement of approximately 900 LF of Lakewood Circle and approximately 350 LF of Artic Circle. This work also includes the addition of roughly 1,000 LF of bank stabilization along three fingers of North Lake Holly as well as the installation of 661LF of storm sewer; 22-storm inlet structures; 2-storm drain manholes & 5-outlet structures; 872-LF of valley gutter & 902-LF of curb & gutter; 339-LF of sanitary sewer main & 3 manholes; 289 LF of water main offset improvements; 3,310-SY of roadway grading and pavement.
