Description
The City of St. Marys is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct an Impact Fee Study. This selected firm will analyze the feasibility of implementing impact fees and establish a structured fee schedule for the City¿s fiscal year 2027-2028 budget. The selected firm will ensure compliance with the Georgia Development Impact Fee Act of 1990.
