Furnish and Installation of Level 3 EV Charging Stations

In accordance with M.G.L. c30B§ 23, the City of Watertown is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to procure, install and commission Three (3) Level 3 EV Charging Stations. Qualified vendors are requested to submit proposals in accordance with the Instructions within this Request for Proposals (RFP).

This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). Bid Forms and Contract documents are available free online at Projectdog.com website at 12 PM on Thursday, April 16, 2026. All plan holders must register or have an active online account on www.Projectdog.com to acquire documents, receive project notifications, and to submit bids electronically. Enter Project Code 874134 in the project locator box and select “Acquire Documents” to download documents.

Bid Deadline: Tuesday May 12, 2026 11AM. Hand delivered bids will not be accepted.

Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of Department of Workforce Development under the provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project.

The City of Watertown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as determined to be in the best interest of the City.
