The City of Amesbury is soliciting bids for cleaning services for 1 Market Square, Amesbury, MA in accordance with MGL Ch 30B. Qualified vendors should submit bids to the Office of Administration and Finance, 62 Friend Street, Amesbury, MA by no later than 11:00 AM on December 16, 2025, at which time and place bids will be publicly opened and read. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will take place at 1 Market square on December 10, 2025, at 2:45pm. Bid documents are available below as a related document.

A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will take place on December 10, 2025, starting at 2:45 pm located at 1 Market Square, Amesbury, MA 01913. At least one representative from each company bidding is required to attend the walkthrough. Attendees will be asked to sign in at the walkthrough and will be given proof of attendance that must be submitted with the bid. Alternate walkthrough times are not available.
