Period of Performance: 1 October 2026 – 30 September 2026

The Government intends to solicit, negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for a Contractor to provide a storage facility capable of storing at least 5,358 boxes of medical records. If applicable Contractor must pick up initial boxes to store at their facility. The quantity of boxes may increase or decrease during the term of the contract. Contractor must store records in ventilated area. Boxes of records must be stored on shelves individually, not palletized

All medical records belong to Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC). Contractor must be able to pick-up and deliver medical records to WAMC, and five outlying medical clinics located on Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and equipment necessary to store, pick-up, deliver, or destroy (when authorized by WAMC) medical records on an on-call basis and supervised to ensure privacy standards are adhered to. Please advise if you can provide the required services and if you are a small or large business. Interested party must be within a 10-mile radius of Fort Bragg.
