Description
Statements of qualifications and proposals are being requested from consultants with a strong
record in successfully assisting local governments with the implementation of Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs, to include project management services. Plans are
to contract for grant writing, revitalization area strategy development (RAS) and grant
administration services required for a potential 2025 CDBG project and, if funded, for project
management services for the implementation of the project. The purpose of the project is to
provide the following: Grant writing services to develop the associated language for
submission, and administration of the project which is slated to include elements of Housing
Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.
