On behalf of the Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections (DRC), please provide a quote for design, product and installation services of National Waveworks office furniture and Herman Miller AO2 workstations on the 1st floor of 2114 Robinson Ave., Portsmouth, Ohio 45662. The work will be done during normal business hours. All services requested to be completed by June 30th, 2025.
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Vendor will obtain and abide by all rules and regulations from the state entity and building property manager
• Vendor will attend project meetings including but not limited to pre-installation, pre-construction, progress meetings and punch list walk-through.
• Vendor will be responsible for keeping the site orderly, clean and safe at all times.
• Vendor will be responsible for wiping down workstations after installation and clearing space of trash and all packing materials
SCOPE OF WORK
• Design Services
Prepare CAD drawing of modular furniture, layout and provide quote for required product. See attached drawings for approved layout. (Please note that the plan provided is schematic design only and may require on-site field verification prior to ordering product.)
• New Product
All modular workstation pieces and parts, office desks, conference tables, and credenza needed to complete the furniture layout.
• Installation Services
Install (4) 8x8 Herman Miller A02 workstations and freestanding National Waveworks (7) desks, (2) conference tables, (1) conference credenza, and (3) 36/24” tables. See attached Furniture Plan and typical layouts.
The start date for this project will be established after receipt of Purchase Order from COM.
PROVIDE ONE QUOTE for Design, Product and Installation Services. Provide the cost for each service as a separate line item. Each line item on the quote should be detailed to include quantity of hours and cost per hour. (The quote should be detailed to include each product with description and product number. Quote should indicate with separate columns the item List Price, Discount Percent, and Purchase Price.)
SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED
1. DESIGN SERVICES
• Prepare CAD drawings, based on approved furniture plan, see attached plan. (Please note that the plan provided is schematic design only and may require on-site field verification prior to ordering product.)
o Installation plan
o As-built plan
• Develop a detailed parts list based on the installation plan.
DELIVERABLES:
1. PDF of installation plan to review and approval for agreement with approved layout.
2. Detailed parts list for all components needed to complete the installation. including all finish information.
3. CAD file and PDF of as built plan. (CAD file to include graphics only of the modular furniture components, drop all specification information tied to the graphic elements.) To be submitted once installation is completed and prior to invoicing state entity for the work.
4. Provide the modular systems electric wiring diagram cut sheet for electrician reference
2. NEW PRODUCT
• Provide all pieces and parts required to complete the floorplan design intent
• Match design intent plans as close as possible. If you cannot match, please provide an alternative solution.
• Finishes grade 1/A, exact colors to be determined.
DELIVERABLES:
1. Quote should be detailed to include each product with description and product number
2. Quote should indicate with separate columns the item List Price, Discount Percent, and Purchase Price
3. INSTALLATION
• Keep project area orderly, clean and safe at all times.
• Install (4) 8x8, Herman Miller workstations, (7) National Waveworks desks, (2) conference tables, (1) conference credenza and (3) small tables.
• Wipe down all surfaces after installation.
• Verify all task lights and electrical outlets function.

Located off route 52, connected to an HR Block. There is a rear and front double door for building access. One level building and no stairs.
