Description
The City of Loganville intends to pre-qualify contractors for projects for the City from March 2025-March 2026. The intent of the prequalification Is to determine a short list of contractors most qualified for projects. Contractors in the field of Concrete Repair/Projects, Landscaping, Water/Sewer Pipe Repair (0-12 Inches), Water/Sewer Pipe Repair (16-48 inches), General Utility Repair (Water Sewer Stormwater), Electrical/Control Specialist are encouraged to request prequalification documents. Competitive construction bids will be requested from the selected contractors. The prequalification will protect the interest of the City by assuring performance and quality while maintaining a competitive bid.
