Visiting Contractors Must Confirm Plan to Attend Site Visit by 6 May 2026.

1. Contractors who plan to attend the pre-quote site visit at Bonneville Lock & Dam MUST notify USACE (Raymie.L.Briddell@usace.army.mil & Ami.D.Felt@usace.army.mil )with the following information:
   
   
   
   
   • Full Names, Company Representing, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers of ALL people planning to visit and confirm that everyone is a U.S. Citizen.
   
   
   • All attendees MUST bring the following to the 12 May 2026, Site Visit:
     
     
     
     • Real ID Driver’s license

       • Enhanced driver’s license
       
       
       • Federal Identification Cards PIC/CAC/PIV/Etc.

5: Request for Quote Service Description: This solicitation is for routine monthly elevator & escalator maintenance, minor repairs, emergency egress, and required inspections in compliance with the most recent editions of ASME A 17.1 and A17.2. The base period of performance is from award through 31 DEC 2026, with four (4), twelve (12) month options periods.

TIMING OF BIDDER INQUIRIES: Bidders are encouraged to submit their bidder inquiries promptly. The Government will make every effort to answer all bidder inquiries; however, the closer to the solicitation due date an inquiry is received, the less likely it is that a timely response can be provided.
