The City of Westland is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified vendors for professional services related to the supply and installation of wood fiber safety mulch at various City Parks. Sealed or electronic proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division, located at 36300 Warren Road, Westland, MI 48185 on February 26, 2025 at 10:00am (no exceptions will be made for late filings) at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.Â
