State Digital Opportunity Evaluator

The purpose of this RFP is to provide BroadbandOhio with an assessment of the effectiveness of digital inclusion activities as part of Ohio Digital Opportunity Plan implementation. Successful applicants will have a proven history of working with state agencies, non-profits, digital equity coalitions, or other organizations that participate in digital inclusion activities to collect data and evaluate digital inclusion programs, resources, and services.
