RFP# CCDPW2025-07

The County Commissioners of Caroline County are accepting bids (written quotes) for the County-wide Chip Seal/Line Striping/Crack Sealant/Fog Sealing services for various roads throughout Caroline County. Specifications and standards shall consist of chip sealing on designated County roads with a single course of cover aggregate as specified. The work under this contract shall consist of providing all labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control and clean-up necessary to complete the chip sealing/line striping/crack sealant and fog sealing services.

The scope of this contract includes but is not limited to:

Electronic copies of the RFP, drawings, plans, and bid forms may be obtained by email request to npearce@carolinemd.org or by accessing the County website at the following link: https://www.carolinemd.org/bids.aspx. Printed copies of the RFP, drawings, and bid forms may be obtained from the Caroline County Department of Finance at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629 . Refer to RFP# CCDPW2025-07.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 02/10/2025 at 9:00 am at the Caroline County Circuit Courthouse 109 Market Street Denton, Maryland 21629 . Bidders are required to attend. Questions regarding this RFP should be directed to David Edwards, Roads Superintendent at 410-479-0520 or by email at dedwards@carolinemd.org by noon 02/14/2025.

Bids must be received in the office of the Caroline County Commissioners, located at 109 Market Street, Denton, Maryland 21629 , ATTENTION: Nicole Pearce, by no later than 9:00 am, 02/24/25 where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any/or all bids.
