Photogrammetry Flyover Services

The County of Orange, OC Waste & Recycling , (hereinafter referred to as County) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Photogrammetry Flyover Services . The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the County and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the model contract terms, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the County’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the model contract and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.

As part of the Waste Discharge Requirements (WDR), both the Regional Water Boards (Santa Ana and San Diego) and the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) require a photogrammetry flyover of all the active sites on an annual basis. For the Closed Sites, the flyover is required every five (5) years or on an as needed basis. The Photogrammetry Flyover Services proposed in this requisition will allow OCWR's Landfills to stay in compliance with the Regional Water Boards and the LEA.
