Description: Mobile 14'L x 8'W x 8'H Air Quality Monitoring Equipment Shelter
Specifications: Dimensions: 14'L x 8'W x 8'H Standard aluminum base frame. Pre- finished metal exterior cladding with aluminum trim, gray, tan, or ivory color. Fiberglass Reinforced interior cladding. Commercial grade tile or vinyl flooring slip resistant. Interior walls, white in color. Rubber Membrane Roof, slip resistant, no color preference. Roof exterior shall be designed to mount equipment & support personnel. Insulation in walls, ceiling and floor R25 Equivalent, must meet or exceed. 2018 Kentucky Building Code requirements. Insulated metal access door, 36"W Includes: Hydraulic door closer, weather stripping, door drip, door threshold, commercial type handle with Mechanical Key-less lock. Metal vertical ladder installed on outside of shelter allows roof access. shelter. Aluminum roof area railing system. System is removable for ease of transport. Must meet OSHA specifications. 8 Foot work bench along interior wall. Tie Down points and hardware must be included, exterior. Sidewall brackets that will work with standard EKTO shelter lifting jacks. (Jacks not required) 3x2 Aluminum Skid runners (2) design that will fit EKTO twin axle transport trailer Model #1641-TR2. 2 Roof Penetration inlets includes flange and cap installed. 1 wall penetration. Electrical System: Meets or exceeds NEC regulations 200A Electrical System, 120/240V. All circuits to be protected by circuit breakers. In addition to the HVAC power requirements, there shall be a minimum of nine (9) duplex outlets on the shelter interior, minimum one (1) exterior quad GFI outlet mounted for easy access from roof. Shelter main power entrance shall be via Meter Socket and Mast. Minimum two 48x2 bulb fluorescent light fixtures mounted to the ceiling. Environmental Control: The shelter interior must be temperature controlled (75 degrees Fahrenheit +/- 4 degrees Fahrenheit) at exterior temperatures of -30 degrees Fahrenheit to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, by use of a 1.0 ton HVAC Wall-mount type air conditioner/heater combo with auto switching thermostat. Must have non-ozone depleting EPA approved Refrigerant required. Building Code Requirements Must meet Commonwealth of Kentucky Housing, Building and Construction (HBC) statewide standards. Vendor must deliver with approved Kentucky Industrialized Building System (KIBS) certificate, and submit an Engineer stamped building plan detailing shelter anchoring system.
