CMAR for Cactus Road Improvements - Beardsley Canal to N. 175th Avenue

The City of Surprise intends to procure a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to construct the improvements for Cactus Road - Beardsley Canal to North 175th Avenue. This project will be constructed pursuant to A.R.S. 34-601 et seq. This budget is inclusive of ALL project costs including design, construction, permit fees, impact fees, information technology, security etc.

The City has awarded WSP USA, Inc. under a separate contract to complete the preliminary design services. This project is currently in design.

The City intends to complete roadway improvements for Cactus Road - Beardsley Canal to N. 175th Avenue Surprise, Arizona. Cactus Road improvements will include roadway design, curb, gutter, sidewalks, two 12-foot travel lanes in each direction, two-way left turn lane, raised median, bike lanes, sewer, drainage, streetlights, traffic signals, conduits, irrigation relocation, dry utilities, wet utilities, and landscaping.
