KSU - Arborist Services

Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes (¿eRFQ¿) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier to provide Arborist Services to Kennesaw State University (KSU) (hereinafter, ¿the State Entity or KSU¿) as further described in this eRFQ.

The contractor must be a certified arborist. The contractor will be required to provide but not limited to tree cutting, pruning, and removal services to the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses. Refer to the solicitation documents for detailed information and requirements.

Contract Term
The initial term of the resultant contract is for one (1) year from the execution date of the contract. KSU shall have four (4) one (1) year option(s) to renew, which options shall be exercised at the sole discretion of KSU.

All questions must be submitted in writing by 4:00 PM on 12/13/2024.

Responses to written questions will be posted by 5:00 PM on 12/19/2024.

Only electronic proposals submitted via Jaggaer Sourcing Director by the closing deadline will be considered.  No emailed or faxed bid responses will be accepted. KSU reserves the right to request further documents. Restrictions on Communicating with Staff: Suppliers are not allowed to communicate for any reason with any State staff except through the Issuing Officer named herein.
