Description
The City of Smyrna is requesting sealed proposals for the Village Green Restroom & Playground. The project consists of the demolition of an existing pavilion, playground, and concrete sidewalk. Proposed work includes installation of one (1) restroom building, playground, hardscape, granite retaining walls (30¿ max), landscaping, lighting and electrical, erosion control, grading and drainage, and associated utility improvements.
