The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to College of American Pathologists, under NAICS code 541380 Laboratory testing (except medical, veterinary) services, by the Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Indian Health Services (IHS) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (Soliciting from a Single Source). The requirement is for a for a contractor to provide Blood Gas and Proficiency Testing services to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
