A market survey (6973GH-25-MS-00014) was posted to the SAM.gov web site on July 7, 2025. SIR 6973GH-25-R-00194 was posted to the SAM.gov web site on July 24, 2025. Eight (8) timely proposals were received.

Contract 6973GH-25-C-00205 was awarded on August 26, 2025 to B&H International LLC, Bakersfield, CA.
