The Napa County Office of Emergency Services is issuing this Request for Proposal (RF) in order to procure a unified countywide mass notification system for Napa County and the agencies and jurisdictions within Napa County. Napa County has five (5) cities and multiple agencies that rely on a notification system to operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
