Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Division of Drinking Water.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to: design, develop, and implement a robust Internet and Intranet-accessible database system that will streamline data management and automate tasks related to the drinking water and wastewater. See the attachments for more information.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the term of the contract.
