Advanced Stabilized Glide Slope Indicator (ASGSI)

This synopsis is to inform industry that Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to issue a solicitation to procure Advanced Stabilized Glide Slope Indicator (ASGSI) system hardware, technical support services, software updates, repair, repair parts, material, technical data and associated travel.

The Government intends to procure the above items on a sole source basis to Calzoni S.R.L. (CAGE: A0461) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a) (1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The solicitation, when issued, will be for a firm-fixed price five (5) year Basic Ordering Agreement.

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which may be used by the government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will NOT be mailed to the contractors. The government will only accept electronic quotations. Responses to this notice must be submitted by 10 September 2025, 5:00 PM EDT.
