Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for construction services for the following project:
Project Description:Remove and replace existing VRF system, including: Branch controllers, indoor units, heat pumps, refrigerant piping, ERV, and all associated items for the 500 residential wing of the existing building. Provide new electrical accommodations for new and future electric duct heaters to serve energy recovery ventilators.
Construction Cost Estimate: $624,873.00
