Project: CC-6690-25/TAD – Pump Station Renewal & Replacement D25 - Phase I

Scope of Work: Seminole County Utilities Engineering Division is soliciting a State of Florida certified General Contractor, Underground Utility, and Electrical contractor for Phase 1 of improvements and construction to three (3) lift stations. The stations are Wembly Park, Heathrow Woods #2, and Carrington Park. Phase 1 will also include the demolition of Lake Sylvan Oaks and the installation of gravity sewer to an adjacent manhole. Qualified bidders will have experience with Pump Station/Lift Station renewal, replacement, or rehabilitation including structural, mechanical, electrical, and control components. Project time from Notice to Proceed will be 160 days to Substantial Completion and another 20 days to Final Completion for a total of 180 days. Technical Drawings/Specs will be provided after an RSVP has been received via OpenGov.

The Engineer’s estimate for the project is $3,262,335.00

Only those interested bidders listed on the sign in sheets will be allowed to submit a bid for this project. Technical Drawings/Specs will be provided after an RSVP has been received via OpenGov.

Site #1: Sawyer Lake Park, 1001 Heathrow Blvd, Heathrow, FL 32746 - We'll meet in the parking lot at 9:30AM and then visit the 3 locations inside Heathrow and the one just outside of Heathrow. Specific site addresses will be provided the day of the meeting and are also listed on the technical drawings.
