Summary

The County of Tuolumne (County) is seeking special testing and inspection services from a qualified firm related to the Snell Street Transitional Housing Project

Background

Tuolumne County purchased several facilities for use as supportive housing for Health & Human Services Agency clients. One of these facilities is located at 720 Snell Street in Sonora, California, and has two, 3-bedroom, 2 bath houses with a large, shared yard. The two houses were recently renovated but several hardscape and drainage projects remain. An architectural design and constructions services contract was awarded to 4Creeks, Inc. Their plans call for special testing services as outlined in this request for proposals.
