Install approximately 17,000 SY of asphalt pavement for about 212 parking spaces and approx 1,250 LF of driveway connection to Whitehead Drive, approx 1,200 LF of storm drainage pipe and necessary catch basin structures, approx 1,225 LF of 8FT wide concrete sidewalk, and enlarge the western end of the existing dry stormwater detention basin, and 350 LF of additional 4FT perimeter fencing around the basin.
