Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit.
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide Tungsten Software and Support Services. Including Tungsten Software Assurance, Certified Training, Certified Technical Support, Best Practice Consulting, Integration, License Management, and other related services available in the Contractor's catalog. It applies to both new and existing Tungsten product installations, configurations, and upgrades.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: A total of 1000 points is available. The Technical Criteria Evaluation is worth 700 points, and a minimum of 420 points is required to advance to the Cost Evaluation stage. The Cost Evaluation is worth 300 points. To be eligible for an award or contract, the combined total of Technical and Cost points must equal 600 or more.
Length of Contract: 5 Years Vendor must guarantee its pricing for the life of the contract. Admin Fee of 0.25%
