Description

The period of performance of any contract resulting from this RFQ is tentatively scheduled to begin on or about January 15, 2025 and to end on January 14. 2026, with two one-year renewal options, subject to mutual agreement.

The City anticipates awarding multiple contracts to enable the Street Department to have an established list of Vendors to call upon to perform Snow Removal Services via the use of Dump Trucks on an as-needed bases. There will be no penalty for not being able to respond to a snow event besides being passed over on the call out list.

All communication between the Bidder and the City upon receipt of this bid shall be via the “Clarification Tab” within ProcureWare.   Any other communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding on the City.
