| Bid Synopsis: | A Request for Proposals (RFP) for Brand Pharmaceuticals and Brand Name Over the Counter Products was released by MMCAP on May 1, 2025. The RFP is scheduled to close on Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. CT. The solicitation number is 35751. This RFI is to serve as public notice to the solicitation and encourage local suppliers to participate. The State of Wisconsin intends to participate in this contract. MMCAP is requesting proposals for BRAND pharmaceuticals and/or BRAND over the counter (OTC) products from manufacturers. MMCAP is required to conduct a public solicitation using fair and open competition to contract with Responders. Products awarded as a result of this solicitation will be ordered by Members and delivered to Members using MMCAP’s contracted pharmaceutical wholesalers. The current MMCAP pharmaceutical wholesalers are AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation (Cencora), Cardinal Health 110 and 112, and Morris & Dickson Co. (Authorized Wholesalers). MMCAP is not soliciting for any additional pharmaceutical wholesalers or distributors with this RFP. |
