Description

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Product Director Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (PD-TMDE) intends to award a contract modification to The Boeing Company, 6200 James S. McDonnell Blvd, Saint Louis, MO, 63134-1939. This modification to contract W15QKN-23-D-0007 intends to increase the contract ceiling and incorporate two additional one-year ordering periods to the current Next Generation Automated Test System (NGATS) production contract. The modification aims to increase the ceiling value by $25,450,321.35 from $118,654,047.00 to a total value of $144,104,368.35, pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. An increase to the maximum ceiling value is necessary to facilitate the final procurement of NGATS consoles, Self Test Interface Adapters (STIAs), and shelter integrations for fielding to the Division Support Brigades (DSBs).

This announcement is for notification purposes only and shall NOT be construed as a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is the Government obligated to issue an RFP.
