The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), OL:H/PZIMA, located at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah, is seeking to identify capable, qualified, and certified sources (with a specific emphasis on Small Business concerns, including WOSB, SDVOSB, 8(a), and HUBZone firms) capable of performing comprehensive maintenance, emergency repair, and structural relocation services for forty (40) Hanel Vertical Lift Modules (VLMs), Model 2460-825-ES22 (Size F).
The results of this market survey will be used to determine the final acquisition strategy, specifically whether a Small Business Set-Aside is legally supportable under FAR Part 19, or if this requirement must be competed under Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted) with small business subcontracting goals.
