Park City MARC Lighting Control System

Project Description: Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) is inviting bids from qualified persons or firms (Respondent) to provide an updated Lighting Control System. MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING: A pre-proposal meeting will be held at the PC MARC 1200 Little Kate Road, Park City Utah at 10:00 a.m. on February 12, 2025. Attendance is mandatory unless vendors attended the previous in-person meeting, so respondents can assess the scope prior to bid deadline. Failure to attend will result in automatic disqualification from bidding It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 90 days.
