Invitation to Bid: Public Works Utilities Maintenance and Repair Services Contract (5-Year)

Project Description: Notice is hereby given that SPRINGVILLE CITY INCORPORATED (OWNER) will accept bids for the Public Works Utilities Maintenance & Repair Services Contract (5-year) project according to specifications provided in this bid contract, and described in general as:
The services to be provided are provision of labor, equipment, materials, supplies and expertise necessary to perform periodic general maintenance and repair to Springville City’s Public Works Utilities. The work the Contractor will provide includes, but is not limited to, the following:
Repairs to inoperative or malfunctioning equipment, service laterals, water mains, storm drain systems, sewer mains, sewer laterals, and irrigation facilities throughout the city. Replacement and/or modification of equipment, service lines, water mains, storm drain system, sewer mains, sewer laterals and irrigation facilities.
A detailed description of the services requested and qualifications needed are detailed in the Scope of Work section of the Agreement included with this bid invitation.
