Project Description: The Philadelphia Regional Port Authority (PhilaPort) invites interested parties (Offerors) to submit proposals for On-Call Engineering Services. PhilaPort seeks to engage qualified engineering consulting firms (Consultants) to provide general engineering services for the disciplines identified within this RFQ.
